The bagpipe is a powerful instrument, and when played to its fullest, will add lasting emotion and memories that are majestic and moving. Whether it is a toe-tapping jig for a happy occasion, or the stirring sounds of a slow air to remember someone, the bagpipe can set the mood like no other instrument.

Education & Experience

Hope studied music from the age of 12 and funded part of her education via a music education scholarship. She began bagpipe lessons in 1997 and is a graduate of the North American Academy of Piping and the Inverness College of Piping. She performed Peter Maxwell Davies "An Orkney Wedding, with Sunrise" with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra and Fort Wayne Philharmonic. In 2013, she performed Disney's "Pixar in Concert" with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra and "Field of Gold" with the Indianapolis Opera at their 2018 gala.
